Launchpad is where Replo gets to know you. The first time you open a project, it walks you through a short setup: who you are, what you are working on, and how you want to start. Replo uses what it learns to tailor everything Replo builds for you afterward. It is also reusable. You can come back to Launchpad anytime to revisit your setup or kick off a new direction. Launchpad greets you automatically on a fresh project. To return to it later, you can reach it from the + in the tab bar or the Cmd+K menu.

How setup works

Launchpad moves through a few short steps. You can take them at your own pace, and refreshing the page always brings you back to the right spot.

1. Introduce yourself

You start by adding your name and, if you like, a profile photo. This becomes your identity card and is how Replo and your teammates recognize you.

2. Choose how to start

Next, Replo asks how you would like to begin. Pick the option that fits, and Replo opens a chat already pointed in that direction. Not sure which is you? The examples below should help:
  • Launch a new business: shape the business, brand, first offer, and launch plan from scratch. Best if you have an idea but no store yet, like a founder turning a side project into a real brand.
  • Import an existing store: bring over your store, brand, products, and customer context from a site you already run. Best if you already sell somewhere, like a Shopify merchant who wants a faster way to build and test landing pages.
  • Learn more about Replo: ask about pricing, capabilities, setup, or what to build first before you commit to anything. Best if you are still evaluating, like a marketer or agency comparing tools for a client.
  • Something else: skip setup and start with a blank chat. Best if you already know what you want, like a returning user who just wants to start typing.
You never have to finish setup before building. Reopen Launchpad from the app launcher whenever you want to add more context or take a new direction.

3. Work through the checklist

Once you have picked a direction, Replo asks a few questions to learn your brand, products, voice, and goals. As it goes, an Onboarding checklist fills in and ticks off, so you can see what you are setting up and what is left. The checklist is tailored to the path you chose, and everything you share is saved to your project, so Replo does not have to ask again.

4. You’re all set

When setup is done, Replo confirms it knows your business and you can pick up in chat or kick off something new. A Revisit setup button lets you return to Launchpad whenever you want.
